Shipping
Free delivery is offered for the local service area. Ground Shipping charges to all other US locations will be determined at check out. Your package will generally arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of your order. Some items do have longer lead-times and shipping times. Free local deliveries will generally arrive within 48 hours of your order. Orders are normally shipped within 24-72 hours depending on item. Items with possible extended lead-times are noted on item description. We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Additional shipping charges may be required for all orders requiring services other than parcel ground shipping service. Shipping method will be determined by the size of the order. Customer will be contacted if shipping method is different than parcel ground service such as LTL Freight service. LTL Freight charges will be passed on to the customer once the order goes thru. The customer will then have the option of accepting the additional shipping charges or cancel the order.
Returns
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@automatedfilter.com or call 605-716-0987 within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will gladly exchange any damaged items or if we sent something other than what was ordered. Replacement items for any damaged shipments must be the same as the original order. Customer is responsible for all return shipping on items ordered in error. Customer may incur extra charges if the new item is more expensive than the one originally ordered. We offer exchanges only and no monetary refunds. No returns on AtmosAir Bipolar Ionization equipment or tubes.
